The RGD-5-14 is DH Robotics' direct-drive rotary gripper: a zero-backlash direct-drive rotation module (vs. the geared RGI line) paired with parallel gripping, aimed at high-precision positioning, handling and correction/adjustment in 3C electronics and semiconductor work. It clamps at 2-5.5 N over a 14 mm stroke with ±0.02 mm position repeatability, and rotates up to 1500 deg/s with 0.01° rotary resolution and ±0.1° swivel repeatability, 0.1 Nm rated / 0.25 Nm peak torque. Standard interface is Modbus RTU (RS-485). An optional holding brake variant (RGD-5-14-W) is offered.
