Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026

1. Platform Definition and Neutrality

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Birdwave Atlas, a platform operated by Birdwave Automation Amine Kharrat.

Birdwave Atlas is a neutral discovery and collaboration platform for organizations, components, people, events, suppliers, and related technical information. Birdwave seeks to present the market in a broad and structured way, including both affiliated and non-affiliated solutions where available.

The existence of affiliate relationships does not change Birdwave’s neutrality commitment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, listings, rankings, and references on Birdwave Atlas do not constitute a guarantee, certification, exclusive recommendation, or endorsement by Birdwave.

2. Your Content

You retain your rights in content you submit to Birdwave Atlas.

By submitting content, you grant Birdwave a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, communicate, and make available that content to the extent necessary to operate, secure, improve, document, and promote the platform and its services.

You are responsible for selecting the reuse license, if any, that applies to your content.

3. Your Responsibility for What You Publish

You may publish content on Birdwave Atlas only if you have the right to do so.

By publishing content, you confirm that:

  • you created it yourself or have a valid right to publish it;
  • publication does not violate confidentiality obligations, trade secret duties, employment obligations, or contractual restrictions;
  • publication does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights.

If your content was created in the course of employment, for a client, or under another arrangement affecting ownership or publication rights, you must obtain all necessary permissions before publishing it on Birdwave Atlas.

4. Intellectual Property Warning

Birdwave Atlas is a publication platform. Public disclosure of technical solutions, inventions, or design details may affect your ability to obtain patent, utility model, design, trade secret, or similar protection.

If you intend to seek patent or design protection, you should obtain professional advice and consider filing before public disclosure.

Birdwave does not assume responsibility for any loss of intellectual property protection resulting from publication by users.

5. Supplier Links, Affiliate Relationships, and Neutrality

Birdwave Atlas may display supplier information, supplier links, purchase options, or commercial references in connection with listed products and solutions.

Some supplier links may be affiliate links. Birdwave may receive a commission or similar compensation if users click or purchase through those links.

Birdwave is committed to remaining a neutral platform. Affiliate relationships do not determine whether a solution category may be listed on Birdwave Atlas. Birdwave may list affiliated and non-affiliated suppliers, products, and solutions.

Where a supplier placement is commercial in nature, Birdwave will label it accordingly.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, supplier listings do not constitute a guarantee, certification, regulatory approval, or exclusive recommendation by Birdwave.

6. How Listings May Be Ordered

Supplier or solution listings on Birdwave Atlas may be ordered based on factors such as relevance, category fit, data completeness, technical context, availability of information, user context, and, where applicable, commercial relationships.

Where a placement is sponsored, Birdwave will identify it accordingly.

7. Content Rules and Enforcement

You may not use Birdwave Atlas to publish illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others.

Birdwave may remove content, restrict visibility, disable access, suspend features, or suspend accounts where necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with the law, protect users, protect rights holders, or maintain platform integrity.

Where required, Birdwave will provide a statement of reasons for moderation decisions and an internal complaint channel.
