Report Illegal Content
Birdwave Atlas offers a reporting channel for content that may be illegal, infringe rights, disclose confidential information, misuse personal data, impersonate others, or otherwise violate our Terms of Use or Community Rules.
Report directly on the platform
Every post, comment, supplier listing, organization, product, profile, and event on Birdwave Atlas has a Report action. Using the in-app form is the fastest way to flag content for review and lets us tie the report to the exact item you are reporting.
Report by email
If you cannot use the in-app form, or you wish to submit a notice that is not tied to a specific item, write to legal@birdwave.io. Please include:
- a link to the content you are reporting;
- a clear description of the issue and the rights involved;
- your contact details;
- confirmation that the information in your report is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
What happens next
Birdwave will review your report and take action where required under applicable law, the Terms of Use, and the Community Rules. Where a moderation decision applies, we provide a statement of reasons and an internal complaint channel to the user affected by that decision.
