Slim-line servo-electric parallel gripper (6–15 N, 40 mm stroke, ±0.02 mm) from DH Robotics' PGEA/ADVANCE line.

Price on request

No distributor sells a SKU called "PGEA-50-40-04" (checked schweiger-shop.de, schweikert-automation.de, dobot.nu, unchainedrobotics.de, RobotShop). DH Robotics' own catalog table suggests the matching spec (6–15N, 40mm stroke) corresponds to their "PGEA-15-40" model — flagging for curator review of this product's model/slug naming before pricing (2026-08 research).

Overview

The PGEA-50-40-04 is part of DH Robotics' PGEA (ADVANCE) series of slim servo-electric two-finger parallel grippers, the upgraded revision of the PGE line. It provides 6–15 N of continuously adjustable gripping force per jaw over a 40 mm total stroke, with ±0.02 mm position repeatability and 0.1 N force repeatability, handling a recommended workpiece weight of 0.25 kg at 0.6 kg of its own mass. Open/close is as fast as 0.15 s, protection is IP40 and supply is 24 V DC. Control is Modbus RTU over RS-485 plus digital I/O (optional TCP/IP, USB 2.0, CAN 2.0A, PROFINET, EtherCAT), exposing configurable position, force and speed with grasp-status and drop detection. This is the -04 force-tuned build of the PGEA-50-40 body: identical mechanics with a lower 6–15 N force map for delicate parts.
