With-brake variant of the Slim-line servo-electric parallel gripper (30–100 N, 26 mm stroke, ±0.02 mm) from DH Robotics' PGEA/ADVANCE line — adds a holding brake that retains ~85 % of force on power loss.

~ €715estimate

Curator estimate (net) for the with-brake (-W) build, from schweikert-automation.de, 2026-08. Unusually priced lower than the without-brake build at the same distributor — kept as-is since it's what the site publishes.

Overview

The PGEA-100-26-W is part of DH Robotics' PGEA (ADVANCE) series of slim servo-electric two-finger parallel grippers, the upgraded revision of the PGE line. It provides 30–100 N of continuously adjustable gripping force per jaw over a 26 mm total stroke, with ±0.02 mm position repeatability and 0.1 N force repeatability, handling a recommended workpiece weight of 2 kg at 0.6 kg of its own mass. Open/close is as fast as 0.15 s, protection is IP40 and supply is 24 V DC. Control is Modbus RTU over RS-485 plus digital I/O (optional TCP/IP, USB 2.0, CAN 2.0A, PROFINET, EtherCAT), exposing configurable position, force and speed with grasp-status and drop detection. This is the braked (-W) build: a self-locking brake retains roughly 85 % of gripping force when power is removed, which on this size also raises weight to 0.6 kg and length to 138 mm.
