The AG-145 (official model AG-105-145) is DH Robotics' wide-opening electric adaptive gripper. Its linkage-driven fingers adapt to the workpiece, switching between parallel and enveloping grasps, which suits irregular, round or delicate parts that a rigid parallel jaw would struggle with. It delivers 35–105 N of continuously adjustable gripping force per jaw across a 145 mm stroke — 50 mm wider than the AG-95 — with ±0.03 mm position repeatability, a 3 kg recommended workpiece weight and a 0.9 s open/close cycle, at 1.3 kg and 203.9 × 212.3 × 67 mm. It is IP54 rated and runs on 24 V DC. Control is Modbus RTU over RS-485 plus digital I/O, with optional TCP/IP, USB 2.0, CAN 2.0A, PROFINET and EtherCAT, and it is plug-and-play with most collaborative robots via DH's URCap and cobot plug-ins.
