Overview

The DG-3F-M is the industrial member of the Delto line: three independently controlled multi-joint fingers, 12 degrees of freedom, built for continuous duty rather than the lab bench. High-efficiency BLDC motors and reinforced high-strength gears give 2 Nm of stall torque per joint, and the drivetrain is rated for more than 3 million operating cycles under industrial-use conditions. Every finger and actuator is a module that comes apart with standard fasteners, so a damaged finger is replaced without dismantling the gripper — the reason it survives line duty. Parallel Mode covers conventional industrial gripping while Smooth Mode handles delicate or fragile parts, and continuous motion with post-grip adjustment lets an object be repositioned after it is grasped. Integration is through a C/C++ SDK plus Modbus RTU/TCP or Ethernet, and it mounts on any ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 tool flange via the supplied adapter frame.
