The CR20A is the heaviest-payload member of Dobot's CRA collaborative robot series, built for applications requiring 20 kg capacity across a 1700 mm work envelope. It features a dual-channel end effector design for connecting multiple tools, electromagnetic brake protection that minimizes end-tool drop distance during power failure, and an automatic overload alarm. The robot supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP for seamless PLC integration, with 24 configurable digital I/O ports on the control box. UL 1740 certified by SGS North America, it targets welding, palletizing, loading/unloading, assembly, bin picking, gluing, polishing, and quality inspection across automotive, logistics, metal processing, consumer electronics, healthcare, and semiconductor industries.
