The AUBO iS20 is a high-payload collaborative robot designed for demanding automation tasks. An upgrade from the i20, it features improved repeatability (±0.05 mm vs ±0.1 mm), IP67/68 protection, and faster wrist joint speeds. With a payload-to-weight ratio of 1:3.2 (64 kg arm weight for 20 kg payload), it combines power with portability. The fully enclosed structure enables protection up to IP68 for harsh environments. Programming is supported via an open SDK (C/C++/C#/Lua/Python) with ROS compatibility, plus 10 levels of customizable collision detection for safe human-robot collaboration.
