The Rainbow Robotics RB20-1900 combines 20 kg payload with 1900 mm reach for large-scale manufacturing automation. Its rigid structure enables ±0.05 mm repeatability across the extended working radius, allowing single-robot automation across multiple equipment stations. IP66 protection makes it suitable for dusty, humid, and cutting-fluid environments. The robot features Rainbow's in-house developed Linux-based real-time control system with collision detection and gravity compensation. Programming is done via standard Android tablets or Windows PCs — no proprietary teach pendant required. Acquired by Samsung Electronics in March 2025.
