The JAKA Zu20 is the heavy-payload flagship of JAKA's Zu collaborative robot series, designed for processing, handling, welding, gluing, palletizing, and packaging of heavy and large workpieces. It features a 20 kg payload capacity with 1780 mm reach in a 68 kg package (including cables). The robot supports IP65 protection, drag teaching, and pendantless programming via mobile terminal (phone, tablet, or computer) with graphical programming and WiFi connectivity. It can be mounted in any orientation and features built-in torque feedback and collision detection for safe human-robot collaboration without safety fences. The Zu20 runs on JAKA's compact control cabinet (410×235×307 mm, 18 kg) with TCP/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU, PROFINET, and EtherNet/IP communication.
