The MLD 300 is Leuze's Type 2 multiple light beam safety device (formerly CML) - a small number of discrete safety beams (not a continuous curtain) used for access/perimeter guarding of doorways, gates and openings at longer range than a light curtain. The MLD310 is the basic function class of MLD 300, with automatic restart and channel switching. This 2-beam / 500 mm spacing configuration is aimed at cost-efficient short-to-medium range openings. Rated Type 2 / Category 3 / PL c / SIL 1, IP67, M12 5-pin A-coded connector, aluminum housing.
