The ULVT is Fiessler's long-range Type 4 safety light curtain/grid, extending the compact ULCT platform's protective field height up to 1900 mm with integrated switchgear (contactor monitoring, restart interlock) built into the receiver. This artifact represents the 14 mm resolution (finger-protection) tier at the family's maximum 1900 mm protective field height, where the finger-protection tier reaches up to 7 m detection range. Category 4 / PL e (ISO 13849-1), Type 4 (IEC 61496), deployable to SIL 3 (IEC 61508). Semiconductor outputs with monitoring; a K order variant (ULVTK) supports cascading multiple light grids off one main sensor.
