The S20-180 Pro is Estun's heavy-payload collaborative robot designed for precision motion control in demanding palletizing, loading/unloading, and material handling applications. It features a 20 kg payload with 1777.5 mm reach and 0.1 mm repeatability. The robot incorporates multiple safety designs including adjustable collaborative drag mode, configurable collision detection levels, and compliance with EN ISO 13849-1 PLd Cat.3 and EN ISO 10218-1 safety standards. The S20-180 Pro can be mounted at any angle (floor, wall, ceiling) for flexible deployment. It supports MODBUS RTU and RS-485 communication protocols with CAN bus connectivity. Joint speeds range from 110°/s (axes 1-2) to 180°/s (axes 4-6), delivering 3.2 m/s TCP speed for efficient cycle times.
