The CS620 is Elite Robots' highest-payload collaborative robot in the CS series, designed for demanding heavy-part handling and palletizing applications. It combines a 20 kg payload with 1800 mm reach and an industry-leading 3.9 m/s TCP speed in a 60 kg arm. The robot features IP65 standard protection with optional IP68 for submersion-rated environments, and a compact Ø240 mm footprint. It includes dual tool connectors (T1: M8 8-pin, T2: Ø12.8 mm 4-pin) with configurable power output, and an RS-485/Modbus RTU tool bus. The standard AC controller (505×257×462 mm, 16 kg) provides 24 DI, 24 DO (8 safety-configurable), 2 AI, 2 AO, and 4 high-speed DI. Programming is via the 12.1-inch ERP400 teach pendant. The CS620 supports 20+ configurable safety functions and is certified to ISO 10218-1 with PLd Cat.3.
