The CGI-100-170 is the industrial, large-diameter tier of DH Robotics' CG series, sized for larger cylindrical, spherical or symmetrical workpieces (φ40-φ170 mm recommended clamping diameter) than the CGE/CGC sub-lines. It grips at 30-100 N per jaw with ±0.03 mm repeatability, handles up to 1.5 kg payload in a 156.5x124.35x116 mm, 1.5 kg body rated IP40, and opens/closes in 0.5 s. Standard interfaces are Modbus RTU (RS-485) and digital I/O, with optional TCP/IP, USB 2.0, CAN 2.0A, PROFINET and EtherCAT.
