The CGC-80-10 is the collaborative-robot tier of DH Robotics' CG series, built on the same precision planetary-gear rack-and-pinion drive as the CGE with a built-in controller. It grips at 20-80 N per jaw over a 10 mm stroke with ±0.03 mm repeatability, handles up to 1.5 kg payload in a 141x103x75 mm, 1.5 kg body rated IP67 for washdown environments, and opens/closes in 0.5 s. Standard interfaces are Modbus RTU (RS-485) and digital I/O, with optional TCP/IP, USB 2.0, CAN 2.0A, PROFINET and EtherCAT.
