The XELA uSkin is a magnetic-based tactile sensor that measures 3-axis (X/Y/Z) deformation at each sensing point (taxel), available in modules from 1 to 24 taxels with ~4×4 mm spacing. Robust and conformable, it adds distributed touch to robot fingers, grippers and dexterous hands for grasping and manipulation.
