Overview

The DG-1F is a vacuum gripper on an arm of its own. A three-joint articulated finger carries the suction fingertip, so instead of demanding that the object present a flat face to a fixed cup, the gripper adjusts its own position and orientation to meet the surface where it is. That removes a whole class of pre-manipulation work — repositioning, aligning or clearing neighbouring objects — in logistics piece picking, material handling and picking inside confined spaces. A 1,000 Hz control cycle with absolute-encoder feedback keeps the fingertip fast and repeatable, and Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP and Ethernet TCP/IP are all supported. An external vacuum source is required; it is not built in.
