The Schmalz ECBPMi is the mini version of the CobotPump family: a fully electric vacuum generator that eliminates compressed-air infrastructure for small collaborative robots. It produces up to 60% vacuum (−60 kPa) with a 1.6 l/min suction rate from a 24 V DC supply drawing just ~7 W, weighs 0.23 kg in a 63 × 63 × 76 mm package aligned to standard robot flanges, and ships with a bellows suction pad. Integration is via IO-Link and RS-485, with NFC for smartphone commissioning. Best suited to small, dense workpieces on cobots in the ≤3 kg payload class such as the UR3e or myCobot-scale arms.
