The S300 Standard is the entry tier of SICK's legacy S300 line (predecessor to microScan3, still sold and serviced): a 2 m protective field / 8 m warning field over 270°, one fixed triple field set (3 fields, 1 monitoring case), PL d / SIL 2 / Category 3. Output is a single OSSD pair plus RS-422 measured-data and safe SICK device communication via EFI, configured over RS-232 with SICK's CDS software rather than Safety Designer.
