STAR1 is Robot Era's full-size humanoid, demonstrated running at up to 3.6 m/s — claimed as the world's fastest bipedal humanoid. It stands 1.71 m, weighs 63 kg, and has 55 degrees of freedom distributed as 12 in the legs, 3 at the waist, 2 in the neck, 14 in the arms and 24 across the hands. Its fully direct-driven five-finger hands provide 12 DOF each with tactile sensing. Joints deliver up to 400 N·m and peak speeds of 25 rad/s for highly dynamic locomotion.
