The UAM-05LP-T301 is Hokuyo's compact time-of-flight safety laser scanner for AGV/AMR collision prevention, presence detection and intrusion detection, in an 80×80×95 mm, 0.5 kg housing. It scans 270°, protects up to 5 m (up to 20 m non-safety warning), and supports up to 32 safety area patterns (64 non-safety) with encoder-driven area switching for speed-dependent zone sets and up to 4-unit Master-Slave interconnection. Configuration is via USB, SD card, or the UAM Project Designer software; measurement data streams out over Ethernet (SCIP2.0 protocol).
