The ZXPE5 integrates the vacuum pump, atmospheric release valve, digital pressure sensor, and cup mounting flange into one self-contained unit that bolts straight onto a cobot's tool flange -- the whole reason vacuum end-effectors have historically needed a shop air line disappears. An automatic energy-saving mode duty-cycles the pump to hold vacuum once a part is gripped, and continuous pressure monitoring doubles as drop detection. Cup count (1-4) and cup diameter/shape/material are selected per application.
