The MHM magnet gripper replaces vacuum cups or mechanical jaws for steel/ferrous workpieces, including parts with holes, uneven surfaces, or shapes that would leak a vacuum seal. Holding force is set mechanically (an adjustment bolt varies the air-gap between magnet and workpiece) and the permanent magnet keeps holding with no continuous power or air supply. This size has no pneumatic release-assist port (present only on the smaller 16/25mm bodies).
