The deTec4 Core is SICK's current-generation finger/hand-protection safety light curtain, replacing the legacy C4000/M4000 lines for new designs. This 30 mm-resolution Core Set (part no. 1062918, 1,650 mm protective field height) targets hand and arm access guarding at longer range than the 14 mm finger tier: Type 4 / Category 4 / PLe / SIL 3, optical synchronization with no blind zones, IP65/IP67-rated aluminum housing, and a single M12 5-pin plug carrying 24 V DC supply and the OSSD safety output. Ships as a complete set (sender, receiver, mounting brackets, test rod, RLY3-OSSD2 safety relay).
