The Schneider Electric Modicon M580 is an Ethernet programmable automation controller (ePAC) with an Ethernet backplane, built-in cybersecurity (Achilles) and hot-standby redundancy. It scales I/O and remote drops over Modbus TCP and EtherNet/IP, programmed in EcoStruxure Control Expert to IEC 61131-3, for process and infrastructure automation.
