The PSEN op2B is Pilz's coarse multi-beam safety light barrier line, distinct from the continuous-curtain PSENopt finger/hand/body products: a small number of discrete beams (2-4) spanning a wide operating range (up to 50 m) for perimeter and access guarding rather than close point-of-operation work. This 2-beam Type 2 variant carries integral total/partial muting, selected via DIP switch, for conveyor infeed/outfeed applications. Semiconductor OSSD outputs, 24 V DC supply, M12 connectors.
