The Omron NX1 is a compact machine automation controller from the NX/NJ Sysmac family, integrating sequence logic, motion, safety and data handling in one unit. It uses EtherCAT for high-speed I/O and drives and EtherNet/IP for line connectivity, programmed in Sysmac Studio to IEC 61131-3, suited to robot cells and packaging machines.
