The Benewake AD2-S-X3 is a high-resolution long-range LiDAR equivalent to 256 lines. It detects to 200 m at 10% reflectivity over a 120° horizontal FOV, with a configurable ROI region delivering 0.1°×0.1° angular resolution and up to 2.016M points/s (1.536M without ROI). A 905 nm laser, single/dual echo modes, IP67/IP6K9K sealing and automotive 1000Base-T1 Ethernet make it suitable for harsh −40 °C to +85 °C environments.
