The Beckhoff CX series are DIN-rail embedded PCs that deliver PC-based control with TwinCAT automation software and EtherCAT I/O. A single CX controller unifies PLC (IEC 61131-3), motion control and robotics kinematics, scaling from ARM to multi-core x86 CPUs and connecting to E-bus/K-bus terminals for flexible, high-speed I/O.
