- Axis-aligned boxes in image coordinates, optionally with labels and scores — a detector's output and a segmenter's box prompt. A data contract, not a transport: the same set of boxes may arrive over a ROS 2 topic (vision_msgs/Detection2DArray), a Python API call or a file. How it travels is a separate interface port (ros2-topic, python-api…); this type says what it is.
