A THK Ball Spline is a linear-motion component in which balls circulate between a splined shaft and nut, transmitting torque while permitting smooth, low-friction linear travel along the shaft. It combines rotary drive and linear guidance in one part for SCARA Z-axes, pick-and-place and rotating linear axes.
