The S3000 Standard is the entry tier of SICK's larger-range legacy scanner line (predecessor to microScan3/outdoorScan3, still sold and serviced): 4 m protective field / 49 m warning field (20 m at 20% reflectivity) over a 190° scan angle, one field set with 4 fields, PL d / SIL 2 / Category 3. Single OSSD pair, RS-422 measured-data output and safe SICK device communication via EFI, in a larger 3.3 kg die-cast housing than the S300 line.
