The F3SG-SR Advanced (F3SG-4SRA) is Omron's current-generation Type 4 safety light curtain platform spanning finger (14 mm) through body (85 mm) protection: IEC 61496 Type 4, PL e / Category 4 / SIL 3 (PFHD 1.1×10⁻⁸ max, IEC 61508). This 45 mm-resolution arm/leg-protection SKU ships with 14 beams over a 560 mm protected height (the 45 mm tier spans 240-1520 mm in 40 mm steps). Aluminium-alloy housing rated IP65/IP67 (IP67G), muting/blanking/EDM/PSDI-capable, cascadable up to 3 segments, with optional IO-Link telemetry via the F39-SGIT-IL3 Intelligent Tap accessory (COM3, 230.4 kbit/s).
