The Joulin FlexiGrip brings the company's foam vacuum gripping technology — long dominant in wood and porous-material handling — to robot arms in a compact, reduced-weight all-foam design. Foam gripping works at lower vacuum but higher flow than suction cups, so it tolerates contamination, porosity and irregular shapes that defeat conventional cups, including sacks and bags. Four formats are offered (ø80 mm and 80 × 80 mm, ø100 mm, 120 × 120 mm) weighing 0.4–1.0 kg with holding forces from 17 N (GR80 at 20% vacuum) to 210 N (GS120 at 60% vacuum). Vacuum comes from an internal single- or dual-stage venturi cartridge fed at 6 bar (~1.79 Nl/s) or an external blower; mounting is a 4-bolt top pattern with 10 mm air connection.
