The Type 4 SG BODY COMPACT MUTING is the higher safety category sibling of the SG2-based configuration, sharing the discrete-beam (not continuous-curtain) architecture and integrated L (monodirectional) / T (bidirectional) muting with pre-assembled muting sensors and muting lamp. This artifact is the 4-beam / 900 mm controlled-height configuration, the finest-detection tier of the SG BODY line. Rated Type 4 / PLe / SIL3, IP65, painted aluminum housing with PMMA/PC Lexan lens, 24 V DC, M12 connectors (4-pole+5-pole emitter, 8-pole+5-pole receiver).
